Shipping

Luna Lullaby offers shipping via FedEx, to a single shipping address within the contiguous 48 states. For rates to other destinations, information on shipping to wholesale accounts or retail locations or other special queries, please contact us via the "Contact Us" page. Orders received Monday - Friday before midnight (CST) on in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. (Often your order ships the very same day, M-F, right up until NOON CST or later.)

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day. When closed for normal holidays. your order ships the following business day.

Note: FedEx does NOT count weekends in the shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns

Luna Lullaby Easy Return Policy: Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any new/unused item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. The cost of shipping non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer. If a product is found to be defective within 31 days of purchase, we will gladly replace it for you.

For returns, please email us for any additional return information and please include the following information with your returned goods and send to the address below. If this information is not included, refund can take longer to receive.

2. Product number and/or product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

Please allow 10 - 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund.
