How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Luna Lullaby Easy Return Policy: Satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any new/unused item(s) still in the original packaging or any defective product purchased within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charge and a 15% restocking charge. Customer must return the product to the Luna Lullaby’s address shown on the sales receipt. Customer must return the product with the original sales receipt included. Luna Lullaby will not refund any Nearly Perfect, a Special Priced or promotional sale items. Luna Lullaby highly recommends the use of a shipping service that provides package tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Luna Lullaby will not replace a product that has been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the handling and washing instructions.ALL personalized product sales are FINAL. Returns on personalized products will not be accepted.The cost of shipping non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer. If a product is found to be defective within 14 days, of purchase, we will gladly replace it for you.

Once the item has been received we will inspect it, and if it is found defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you. If the product is more than one year old or is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you.

Please allow 10 - 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund.
